Kkkitty Cat
Sometimes it's just fun to take everyday objects ( like my kitty Jasper sleeping ) and do some wierd stuff!
Like setting f32 at 6 seconds, and then moving the focal length around a bit. See more of my photos ( and the real kitty Jasper ) on my website at: http://robertjphotography.zenfolio.com/

Sedum Everlasting
The Sedum are beautiful this year. It's nice to have some blooming plants in September when many other flowers are already gone for the season. I always feel that Autumn has arrived when they are in full bloom.
Harvest Pumpkins
Autumn again in North Carolina, always a good time to go visiting the farms in rural Wake county.
I found the afternoon light just right to get this shot.

I was downtown in Raleigh at the Capital square just at dusk. Thrilled to have my tripod with me to get this shot.

Blue Ridge Parkway
Driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina or Virginia, there is a multitude of overlooks. This particular one was more interesting than most because the wall has become a palette for local artists.

The Thrift Store
The Turning Point is a great thrift store located in rural Carthage, North Carolina. Triva, the owner, was great to visit with and gracious in allowing me to take photos. Visit sometime, they have really neat stuff!

Daisy in the Sunlight
Here is our Daisy. I caught her just waking up from a nice nap with the sunlight streaming in behind her.
